Blueprint Investment Fund is a nonprofit affordable housing development and management organization committed to building and providing quality, rental housing for low-income families within the Greater New Orleans Area.
Following our mission, Blueprint restricts its rental housing units to households with at least one disabled member and whose income is at or below 50% of the New Orleans area median income, and the tenant's cash outlay should not exceed 30% of the family’s annual household income. We gladly welcome any HANO Housing Choice Voucher participant (Section 8 voucher) to apply for any available rental unit.
